“En saanut suunnitelmaa/tarjousta ensimmäisen yhteydenoton jälkeen sovitusti. Soitto perään, puhelun aikana vasta tulostetaan lähettämäni dokumentit (kuului selkeästi puhelimeen)ja annoin lisätietoja kohteesta. Jälleenkään ei kuulu kuvia/tarjousta sovittuun aikaan. En soittanut enää. Oli ilmeisesti liian pieni kohde Charmialle, mutta senkin olisi voinut kertoa, jos näin oli. Onneksi löytyi Porista toinen firma, joka toimi sovitusti.”

“We fully renovated our holiday home near Heinola, and Eeva Poskela played an absolutely central role in transforming it into the home it is today. Her original assignment was to design and deliver the kitchen and bathrooms, but her involvement soon expanded to the entire interior of the house. She guided us through the selection of colours, wood finishes, flooring, ceilings, lighting, curtains, furniture and many other important details. She has an exceptional eye for how materials, colours and individual pieces work together, and the overall result is both beautiful and harmonious. As foreigners renovating a house in Finland, we were especially grateful for Eeva’s practical support, local knowledge and willingness to help far beyond her original responsibilities. She was incredibly responsive, dependable and generous with her time, and she made many parts of the renovation much easier for us. Our house would look completely different without Eeva’s contribution. We are extremely happy with the result and can recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a highly talented, committed and genuinely caring interior designer.”
