Star ratings, survey folders and other updates

1. Star ratings on surveys

Now you can also gather star ratings on surveys, if you prefer it over NPS or CSAT or other metrics.

(Star ratings are not yet available to be used in popups and inpage review widgets, but will be added to them later on.)

2. Folders for surveys

Now you can organize your different surveys to folders. The organization options for each survey can be found from the bottom left of each survey on the survey list view and the actual folders can be found from the left side of the page. You can still see all surveys on one view through “Show all” found from the top of the page on the left.

3. Autofill fields when gathering reviews

On your survey editor you have now toggle: “Automatically fill in contact information” which allows you to autofill existing fields in review gathering page from the data you already have in Trustmary. This works only when sending surveys through Trustmary and will most likely improve conversion rates on the review page.

4. New automation step: Add contact to list

In automations you have now an option: “Add contact to list” which allows you to add contacts that have for example reached certain point in automation to a list which triggers different automation.
