- Trigger surveys automatically based on any HubSpot activity, such as deal closures, customer interactions, or support tickets.
- Customize timing settings in Trustmary to ensure surveys reach customers at the right moment.
- Set up notifications and reminders to follow up on feedback and maximize response rates.
- Sync responses back to HubSpot, either as a Trustmary item or directly into the contact profile, allowing you to enhance your customer relationship management effortlessly.

Other new features
On top of making the integration easier, we added some features that weren’t possible before:
- HubSpot contact fields can be mapped to Trustmary contact fields, including custom fields. This means that you can import as much information about your customers into Trustmary as you need. For example, you can mark which products or services the contact has purchased or any other additional info that exists in HubSpot.
- Triggers can now include multiple rules. This enables more intricate and personal automations. Let’s say you want to send a survey to new customers after a deal is won, but only on the condition that their favorite color is blue (or any other parameter that you use in HubSpot). Now you can do that as well.
