We have recently made many improvements to surveys. We already released an update considering a new report summary page earlier in the summer.
Now we have added functionalities for examining the status of the survey recipients.
Go to the survey you want to analyze, click on results, and recipients.
You can view which recipients have opened the email message, opened the survey, completed it, or left a review.
Use this information to send new campaigns to contacts who didn’t open the message or complete the survey, for instance.
Note that this is only available in surveys when you send them using email lists. That is the only way for Trustmary to identify individual recipients.
