The world is missing something
For consumers: There’s no modern way to actually know who’s worth doing business with. Review platforms show you star ratings and averages – but they don’t tell you how a company is treating customers right now. Is that 4.5-star rating from three years ago still relevant? Good luck finding out.
For businesses: The game is changing fast. When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a recommendation, only 1.2% of companies show up – compared to 35% in traditional Google search. That’s a 30x harder visibility challenge, and most businesses have no idea how to adapt.
We’re building the solution to both. Trustmary has spent years helping businesses collect and showcase authentic customer reviews, and now we’re taking that foundation further. We give consumers a reliable, real-time view of customer experience – not just stars, but the full picture. And for businesses, we make them discoverable in AI search by structuring that authentic customer feedback in a way AI systems trust and reference.
Why us? Research shows that reviews are the most effective way to gain visibility in AI search. Trustmary has been in the review and customer feedback space for years, serving over 2,000 customers in 80+ countries. We know this domain deeply, and now we’re applying that expertise to the AI era.

We’re looking for Product Engineers who want to build something that matters. Not just write code – but solve real problems for real people.
What you’ll build
- Core platform improvements — making review collection, display, and reporting smarter and more powerful for the businesses that rely on them every day
- AI-optimized company profile pages and a structured Portal directory that helps businesses get discovered in AI search
- Automated content generation and real-time updates that keep business profiles accurate and AI-friendly
- AI visibility metrics and reporting tools so businesses can measure and grow their presence in AI-driven search results
- Consumer-facing features that surface the real state of a business’s customer experience — helping people make better, more informed purchase decisions
- AI chat features on profile pages, letting consumers dig deeper into what customers are actually saying
- Multi-language interfaces (FI, EN, SE, ES, DE) to serve businesses and consumers across markets
- …and much more as we expand what authentic customer feedback can do
Tech & Tools
Current stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS (Lambda, CDK, RDS, S3), Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Linear etc.
AI-first development: We’re ambitious about staying at the forefront of AI-assisted development – and we expect you to be too.
Who you’ll work with
A small, experienced team that moves fast:
- ~20 person company, customers in 80+ countries
- 5-person dev team with senior engineers
- CPO is one of the founders – you’ll work directly with leadership

What we offer
Salary: Starting salary €4000–6000/month depending on experience
Remote-first: Work from anywhere. We have offices in Finland and access to co-working spaces internationally

What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- Several years of relevant experience in frontend or fullstack development
- Passion for solving customer problems, not just shipping features
- Native comfort with modern technologies and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to learn fast and adapt – things move quickly here
- You actually care about Trustmary’s mission
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with React, Node.js, AWS
- Background in SaaS or product companies
- Portfolio or GitHub that shows what you can do
Not what we’re looking for: This role isn’t for backend specialists or those just starting their career. We need people who can hit the ground running and grow with us.
