AESTICO: Automated HubSpot Feedback and Stronger AI Visibility

Company: AESTICO
Industry: Software for the construction trades
Interviewee: Rafael Mottl
AI profile: AESTICO on Trustmary
AESTICO, a Swiss software company for the construction trades, replaced manual feedback collection with an automated flow straight out of HubSpot — and turned the resulting reviews into one of the sources AI models now rely on when recommending companies in Switzerland.

At a Glance
- NPS 71 — collected continuously, not in occasional bursts.
- Trustmary Profile Page is now the most-cited external source in AI brand-search answers about AESTICO — cited in 78% of responses, a relative increase of more than 50% versus the previous measurement — and still the only such source AESTICO controls itself.
- 139 visits from 12 different AI bots indexing the profile page (Meta AI, Perplexity, Bing/Copilot, Google/Gemini and others).
- AI visibility keeps compounding, unevenly across search types: visibility in USP searches — where AESTICO answers with its own core strengths — is up nearly 59% relative to baseline, the fastest-growing area measured; general comparison-search visibility is up nearly 7% over the same period.
- 100% brand recognition across every AI model tested (ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude in the latest round).
About AESTICO
AESTICO builds a mobile application that helps construction project managers estimate costs and generate quotes on the spot.
A typical customer of ours has a business in painting, plastering, tiling or flooring, needs to create quotes about five times a week, and saves half an hour per quote with our application.
Rafael Mottl, AESTICO

AESTICO is established in the Swiss market and is now expanding into new markets beyond Switzerland — which makes the strength of its online reputation, and how AI systems describe the company to people who've never heard of it before, more important than ever.
The Challenge: Feedback That Only Happens If Someone Remembers to Ask
AESTICO knew that direct feedback from real users was the most reliable way to know what to build next. The problem wasn't wanting feedback — it was collecting it consistently, without turning it into another manual task competing for time.
My biggest need was to collect feedback — and the NPS score too. But it has to happen automatically, almost like magic, inside our everyday operations, for someone who's out in the field just focused on the job. There's never time to sit down and do this separately. It just has to work as part of the daily process.
Rafael Mottl, AESTICO
And feedback needed to be honest, not just flattering:
Getting feedback from users is the most important requirement for developing the product. Positive responses are always nice, but it's just as important to get the responses that show where things don't work — that's what tells us where to improve.
Rafael Mottl, AESTICO
AESTICO had tried running feedback campaigns manually in the past. It worked for a while, but it didn't scale:
We did this manually a couple of years ago, but experience showed it can't just be something you do occasionally — you need an actual system, connected to your CRM.

The Solution: Automating Reviews and Feedback Straight from HubSpot
AESTICO rebuilt feedback collection as a flow triggered directly out of HubSpot instead of a side project someone had to remember to run. When a contact reaches the right point in their journey, Trustmary automatically:
- Sends the right survey to the right person, at the right time — routed by language and by where the contact actually is in their customer journey, not blasted to an entire list at once.
- Writes the result straight back into HubSpot — the NPS score lands on the contact record, the open comment lands as a note, with no manual entry.
- Turns one response into three outcomes at once — an NPS data point, a public testimonial for the website, and internal product-development input — from a single question flow instead of three separate campaigns.

In the end, we're collecting three main things: the NPS number, feedback for the website, and development feedback from the customer. Now it just triggers automatically — it's a bit like magic — and it creates a lot of value because you get all three data points together through one simple method. That's what makes this setup powerful for us — connected straight to the CRM we use.

Because the survey is only sent to real customers at a meaningful moment — not a cold list — the resulting reviews carry real weight once they reach the website:
It gives real, valuable trust to the people looking at your website — that this isn't just some invented pitch, but real users, real customers, giving real feedback. I don't think you can overestimate the importance of that.

From the Website to the AI Answer
Every review collected this way also feeds AESTICO's public Trustmary Profile Page — which doesn't just sit there for human visitors. It gets crawled and cited by the AI systems more and more buyers now ask instead of searching Google.
An independent measurement of AESTICO's AI visibility, run over roughly sixteen weeks, shows the effect directly:
- The Trustmary Profile Page is now the most-cited external source when AI is asked about AESTICO by name — cited in 78% of brand-search responses, ahead of the App Store, Google Play, LinkedIn, SMGV and Swissbau, which each sit around 39%. That's a relative increase of more than 50% since the previous measurement, when the profile page was cited in 51% of answers and ranked third behind Swissbau and Google Play. It remains the only source on that list AESTICO actually owns and keeps fresh with new reviews — every other one is an outside directory it has no control over.
- 12 different AI bots actively indexed the page — 139 visits in total, led by Meta AI (61 visits), Perplexity (23) and Bing/Copilot (14). Weekly bot traffic roughly doubled once the profile page went live.
- Comparison-search visibility — getting recommended for generic prompts like "which trade software would you recommend for a painting business in Switzerland?" — keeps building, but unevenly across search types: in USP searches, where the buyer already knows exactly what they want and AESTICO answers with its own core strengths, visibility is up nearly 59% relative to baseline, now reaching just over a quarter of AI answers in that category. In general comparison searches, where the buyer doesn't yet know any vendor's name, visibility is up nearly 7% over the same period. Combined, that's a relative gain of close to 19% in overall comparison-search visibility since the baseline measurement.
- Brand recognition reached 100% across every model tested.
Why It Matters for a Company Going International
For a company expanding beyond its home market, reputation doesn't travel with you automatically — you show up in a new country with no track record anyone can see yet. A profile page that keeps refreshing with real, automatically-collected reviews gives AI systems and prospects something concrete to go on from day one, in every market AESTICO enters next.

I think the main thing people want to see when they look at a company is that there are real happy customers behind it — that there are real people who care about the business and its service. Everyone wants to hear from others what kind of service they actually got.

The Result
A single automated flow, triggered out of HubSpot, now does what used to take three separate manual efforts: it tracks NPS continuously, builds a constantly refreshing set of public reviews, and feeds real product feedback back to the team — while quietly becoming one of the sources AI systems reach for when someone asks who to trust.
