Jessica has been my real estate agent for many years and I will keep coming back to her. She helped us recently find a home and helped with selling my condo. I could not rate her higher. A few of my favorite things about Jessica: she is kind, helpful, prompt in responses, advocates for her clients (through offers, inspection negotiations, everything!), has significant expertise and experience in the housing market, knowledgeable and connected to any home related business you need, and she does endless work on behalf of her clients. For example, when selling my home we chose the higher compensation package so that we could get the home professionally staged (which I am totally a believer in now that we did it!). She scheduled, managed, and covered the cleaners, professional photographers, staging, planned, marketed and facilitated the open house, everything. One open house in my neighborhood I went to, I found difficulty finding the unit because the agent said she "ran out of signs". Jessica wouldn't let something like that happen. She set up early and had signs from the main road to the unit. My condo went under contract first week on the market! I also appreciate how she never made us feel rushed or pressured when searching for a home. She asks great questions to understand what you are looking for and is always there if you have questions. I saw the difference between Jessica's style compared with some other real estate agents, for example when she noticed errors the other agents had made on offer letters. She guided us every step of the way and made the process smooth. I'm glad to have gone on this journey with her and I look forward to doing so again!
