Sergio and Aleido came this morning to service my system which I thought what a heat pump and appeartly the person that programed the thermostat thought the same thing. Our last electric bill was very high and we have people coming into today. We call Speir because the system couldn't reach and maintain operational temperature. They systematically went through the system and figured out that our system was running heat and air conditioning at the same time. They reprogramed the system and it's working great. Bad customer service I requested a quote on 9/3/2024 and have called to check on it more than 6 times and given a different response each time from someone on vacation, not in office, at lunch will call you back, no call back, no email response nothing and now it’s 10/4/2024 and still nothing. If you can’t respond to a simple quote I know you can’t get the job done in a timely manner.

I explained to Rick that our daughters were having surgery at 9:00 and we didn't want them coming home to a 90 degree house to recover. He arranged to have a technician come out right away. Spears heating and air put in a complete new system ducts included 4 years ago we are super pleased with their aftercare with us we've needed no service but we keep up the maintenance contract. We've come to know everyone in the office. The secretary help me out during a fire we came up with a solution. The fire department wanted the air conditioner off. Spears help me do that I had no idea what to do. It was nice to have a calming voice on the other end of the line after the fire department left and the air conditioner was still pumping fire extinguisher missed. I feel comfortable calling them any time of the day or night. If it is needed which it has not been. Our AC is absolutely wonderful.
