Man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt! Unterkunft war Blitz blank und alles sah genau aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Parkplatz war auch super (Vorsicht enge Gassen man muss gut fahren können :) ) Ich würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft, wenn ich das nächste Mal In Olbia bin. Es gibt keine einzige negative Sache über das Air BNB und die Hosts zu sagen! 10/10

Staying in this place was so perfect as we arrived to Olbia for the first time. Th apartment is centrally located, very safe, very modern, and immaculate. Everything part of this apartment is an upgrade. From the view, to the heated bathroom floors, to the huge TVs, to the outside veranda, to the fully stocked kitchen, to the decor, and the high end technology and internet band with, you could not have asked for more. Even though we were there over Christmas, the hosts were never far away. In fact, we arrived to find a small Christmas tree with a package under it for us. They suggested restaurants which turned out to be amazing. My husband is vegan and we probably had one of the most memorable meals at Dulchemente. It was an unusually delightful stay.

I went with a friend to Olbia for the summer as we were going through Sardinia by car. When we landed we wanted a clean and luxurious apartment to have a good start to our travels. The appartment we had was amazing! They even offered us parking which was immensly helpful! And only 100 meters away. Would definetly recommend this company!

Love this place. It was impeccably clean! 5 star hotel type clean. Luxury style apartment. Very spacious. Shower is nice and much larger than most I’ve encountered throughout Italy. I loved the blackout blinds allowing me to sleep in and the additional large TV in the bedroom which was nice for lazy days when I just wanted to stay in bed and catch up on shows. If you’re staying long term everything you need is there.Full fridge/freezer/stove/oven/coffee/washing machine. Plenty of towels and also separate towels in the closet to take to the beach. I always found parking either on the same street or within one block of the apartment. It’s a quiet, residential street and short walk to the center. I also loved that there were no stairs to climb with my large suitcase as it’s on the ground floor… just open the door and step right in! The hosts were always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Olbia. You’ll need phone service as the “key” is in the form of a link.

Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Zusätzlich die Lage in der wunderschönen Altstadt, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ein perfekter Ort zum wohlfühlen. Und vor allem mit einem hervorragenden, erstklassigen Service. Alles ist absolut sauber und top gepflegt. Das Team kümmert sich aufmerksam, proaktiv, höflich und freundlich um alle Wünsche, Bedürfnisse und Fragen. Sie reagieren professionell innerhalb von Minuten und man merkt bei allem was sie tun, dass es ihnen absolut wichtig ist, dass ihre Gäste vollständig zufrieden sind. Ich habe vier Nächte dort verbracht und kann abschließend sagen, hier passt für mich persönlich alles. Ich habe über Airbnb gebucht und es gab von der ersten Sekunde an eine perfekte Kommunikation mit allen wichtigen Details, Hinweisen, Tipps und Formalitäten. Sehr gut durchdachte und moderne, schlüssellose Check-Ins und Apartmentsicherheit. Hat einfach alles komplett unkompliziert Spaß gemacht. Durch den ganzen Service konnte ich meinen Aufenthalt und meinen Urlaub vollständig genießen. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine Google Bewertung schreibe. Das Team von NR12 hat sich das verdient, denn von allen Airbnb Angeboten, die ich bisher wahrgenommen habe, war das hier deutlich herausragend. Ganz klare Empfehlung. UPDATE Oktober 2024: Zum zweiten Mal begeistert. Wiederholungstäter. Und wie erwartet, hat es sich bestätigt: Das NR12 Team um Kristina und Floriana ist absolutes höchstes Niveau. Danke, das ihr erneut für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt gesorgt habt. Dieses Mal in der größeren Suite in der Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, da ich mit der Familie unterwegs war. Luxus definiert sich zusätzlich auch immer über die Details. Sowie über den Service und die Art und Weise der Kommunikation. All das wird hier perfekt umgesetzt. Die große Suite ist das Pendant zum kleineren aber architektonisch identischen Hidden-Studio, welches ich beim ersten Aufenthalt für mich allein gebucht hatte. Beide liegen Tür an Tür im selben Haus. Die Qualität der Ausstattung und Lage ist genial, siehe oben. Kristina und Floriana, macht bitte genau so weiter, seid immer up to date. Denn so ist Reisen ein Genuss! Danke für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen wieder.

Just as described a beautiful place to stay, so luxurious a real treat. Tvs are huge and the lights are amazing touches. Wish I had more time in Sardinia. There's really very little to do in Olbia, but if your after a holiday that's relaxing and slowed down than that's perfect. On a future visit we will hire a car!

Les hôtes sont très réactif s’il nous avons besoin d’informations ou même un soucis tel que le changement de draps par exemple. Les hôtes sont très polis. Ainsi que le personnel employé pour venir en cas de besoin. Nous avons eu besoin d’un service et le monsieur venu malgré la barrière de la langue a été juste parfais avec nous. Je recommande à 100%. Das Penthouse war so, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles war sauber in der Wohnung. Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was man beachten muss: Der Weg zum Parkplatz ist etwas eng und es leider gibt keinen Aufzug zum Penthouse. Es ist nicht geeignet für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen.

Fabulous! A smart, roomy and airy apartment, central but so quiet...and what a terrace!! - as big as a room, and south-facing, with a lovely view of the rooftops around. On the lower floor (two floors up) is the bathroom with window to the back, and the two bedrooms with windows to the front (but almost no traffic nor footfall). The double bedroom is huge, the single bedroom thoughtfully furnished for a child (including night light). Upstairs, is the living room/kitchen (with sofabed), with sliding doors to the terrace. It's all well-furnished and very well-equipped. Right in the centre of the gentrified part of town, a few lanes away from the main boulevard (Corso Umberto). Head down Via Regina Elena [5 mins walk] for the big supermarket Superpan... oh, and the wonderful 'Retro Pizzeria' (cheap, no frills, fabulous pizza)! You have to check in online the day before arrival, incl uploading photos of passport etc, which was a bit scary but was fine in the end!

Great place, we had everything we need for a 12 days stay. The location is great, from airpprt can take public bus number 10... will drop you just 1 street away. City center is just 5 minutes walk, so restaurants and shops are near. Nice host!

Hard to describe in words how good this place is. Stunning apartment- beautifully finished and amazing decor. All essential information easily accessible on entry. Comfortable beds and amazing pillows! Well equipped with essentials-laundry and sink detergent, small packets of olive oil, salt and vinegar and a complimentary bottle of sparkling. Excellent location. Floriana and Kristina go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and were super helpful. HIGHLY recommend. 15/10!!!

Great location, lovely restaurants on our doorstep, easy walking distance to other eateries. The Flat was fitted out to a very high spec. The little extras left for us, including a bottle of Prosecco were very welcoming. A car would have been more beneficial to visit more of Sardinia. We did find Crispi an English speaking restaurant which was lovely. When we’re able to return we would definitely stay at Floriana & Kristina’s - Thank you for making our stay so welcoming.
