I have recently taken over the finances of my organization and discovered 5 undeposited donation checks issued to us. Four of the five were date expired and the fifth was over a year old. I contacted FrontStream and the very next day I received a reply with instructions. I emailed the requested information and again, the very next day, I received a message resolving my situation. I and my fellow officers and members are very grateful .

When our church received a check from a United-Way donor made-out to the former name of our church; thus, non-negotiable, I notified FrontStream and they were quick to correct the payee's name to our current name with minimal effort on our part in providing the necessary documentation verifying the changes. FrontStream customer service was quick to deal with the issue and helped me along the way, but without compromising financial integrity and their fiduciary responsibilities. The whole matter was resolved in less than a week. Bravo!! A job well done and with courteous and understanding help. The Rev. Fr. Vincent Varnas, Rector, Holy Angels Anglican Church.

A big shout out to FrontStream for their excellent customer service with regards to working with employee donations and a challenge we were having with donations to our 501c3 volunteer Search and Rescue programs. They provided clear guidance on what we needed to do and how best to get the situation resolved. A big thank you also to the companies out there who have created opportunities for employee donations to non-profits. Our Search and Rescue volunteers are grateful for the funds and sincerely appreciate the support! The monies are used for trainings and/or to purchase equipment needed for Search and Rescue activations. ---SRM, Volunteer Coordinator

Due to a series of unfortunate events unrelated to FrontStream, I wasn't able to track down two checks that had been sent to an incorrect address. Everyone at FrontStream was most helpful in resolving the issue, especially Mike Hackman. His responses were clear and timely, and he was patient with my lack of understanding of how FrontStream works (it was my first time interacting with them). Thank you!

Comprehensive, "Idiot-Proof" Fundraising. As a small non-profit, we don't have a fundraising staff and struggled with how to raise money and expand our supporter base. Our online auctions have solved those problems.
