We ordered a two piece reclining sofa. Waited a little bit longer than we thought was going to, but overall we were extremely pleased when it arrived. We did however find a staple that was close to poking through the fabric. I called to schedule someone to have a look at it. The guy who answered the phone said would call the repair company to reach out for an appointment but I never heard back from them. My husband fixed the problem so no harm no foul so I called to cancel any further action. I expressed our frustration and he handled it professionally. He was very kind and treated me with respect. We love our sofa and I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal.! 😁👍
