I always make a list of things to achieve longer than I believe possible and almost always they are able to complete the list within the time allotted. Hired them to move from apartment to house. Everything was fine except for fridges, the two people provided had no idea how to move a fridge. They shattered my fridge (which they did cover with moving insurance) but super stressful. They also damaged fridge that was here to move into garage. Got final bill and they charged me an extra 500 over estimate for added time due to time in took for fridges. Please do not have a moving service if you can't provide workers with knowledge to move such appliances and then almost double the original estimate. Never using them again. Note: This is response to business reply. I was only charged 100 because I called and said never bother me again, you originally wanted an extra 562 (do not lie and say you didn't charge me this). It wasn't a freak accident, they dropped the fridge on cement after severely damaging sides and back (pictures attached). In addition, they damaged the second fridge that was here and movers have it upside down (picture attached), and damaged sides and inside (2/2 fridges didn't survive). So as the business is freely admitting to, if you have nice and fragile things to move, definitely do not use this company.

I was very happy with Jacob, the man who came to install smoke detectors at my job request. He did a great job and was super nice. I am less happy with the "office" of Surv. Jacob was not told, I think, what he was going to be doing, and he was also not the person the office told me was going to be there. I specifically asked for the name of the person because of safety issues and I understand that things change. But I feel the office should have texted me about the change that it was not Kai but Jacob who would be coming. Other than that, Jacob was terrific.

different individuals came than I expected. Not the ones who did the estimate. I had an estimate for 16 man hours and they did it in 5 1/2 to 6 hours which makes me wonder whether they did as good a job as the others would have done. Had to explain what needed to be done and one of them had to leave for supplies. Appears already that there has been some settling of the cobblestones that were reset so I do not believe this will last long.

I used to really like this business and used RentSons for a move as well as for help organizing a basement that went beautifully. During the early part of Covid I had them cancel on me at literally 15 minutes before they were planned to arrive for another move, and decided to give them another chance recently. Unfortunately the helper who came to do holiday set up with me only did less than a third of the amount of work I did in the 4 hours. They needed constant instruction and correction. With the increase in hourly price they are no longer the value they once were.
