Micheal was great, we got all the projects done . It was just too expensive for me so I probably won’t do this again, but I had to get the shrubs in before it got cold. It used to be 35 bucks an hour and now it’s $75 an hour. I wouldn’t even mind 50 but not 75.! Especially when the college kids don’t get half of that amount, I bet! Too much overhead. The young college student was great!

Last week, I asked my regular Surv worker, whom I genuinely liked, to pull up the English Ivy and Vinca that had started to stray into my shade garden. He did that, but he went on to pull up "all the obvious weeds," as he put it. Which included my trio of black cohosh plants which were flowering for the first time since I planted them in four years ago, my Japanese painted ferns, and my schizophragma, which had finally grown over an unsightly concrete wall. I was deeply distressed. When I calm asked my worker why he had done what he did, he admitted that he had simply gotten carried away. I called Surv three times to discuss this horticultural disaster, more than $200 in plants destroyed, and no one in authority got back to me. I finally got through to someone this morning, but they were hesitant to refund both my garden investment or the money I paid upfront for a Surv subscription which still has many hours left. I'm extremely disappointed

No response, so I straightened up myself.
