John fixed a kitchen drawer that had come off the track. Brought his own tools. Then he planted a rose bush, created a garden out of lawn, and fenced it in. He had post hole digger in his truck. Kept the yard neat. Carted off soil and lawn pieces to the compost pile. It was super hot outside, he worked very hard until all was finished. I'm thrilled with the results. I shared a one pager of lessons learned we found when sorting - from my days working on the Navy base. The summary of 10 lessons learned from when I stopped work at the base transitioned to work for CVS. Surprisingly, that made me remember a different Idea journal notebook, I did not yet complete. It contains notes from Jan 2020 about the Nimitz Way and other ideas for online learning we made when I worked for Linkage Inc. The started out good but just about impossible to reach now that I am a member. I called 5 days ago and was told I had to make a PHONE APPOINTMENT FIRST TO DISCUSS WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE,I was given an appointment 5 DAYS out Just to tell them what was need. I have been calling all day during business hours and all I get is the answering service. I want my money back and hopefully I will get it. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm it is now 1:42. I called them and got the answering service. Also, I did have an appointmet at 1000 am today. The person called me from SURV at 10 03am and I missed the call and call them back and immediately got the answering service and was told they were too busy to answer,

I guess I didn't understand how it worked. I reserved and paid for 2 hours, but got one hour because it would have needed two people and wire to hang the mirror I needed hung in the second hour. So Kai a very nice guy left after one hour, bringing in boxes of books from my car, and oiling the screen door, but Surv charged the full amount --- and if I want the mirror hung I have to pay for another 4 hours. anyhow it's above my pay grade to figure it out --- so it sounds like a great service, but I don't think I can make it work for me.
