There were a few issues with timing that eventually got cleared up (both workers did not show up at the same time which was frustrating) but the tasks that were outlined got completed. UPDATE: Ten years later, and new team of three (Carter, Kai, and Vernon) helped me come full circle as I finally have an affordable apartment with space to move my storage items. They were resourceful, bright, and made the task look easy. Still rate a full complement of stars. I could not be more pleased.

They went to my old address in Providence, didn’t take all the junk I clearly told them to take, old cleaned the inside windows until I pointed out they didn’t do half the outside and didn’t send the kid with the right equipment so he had to stay 2 hours later. My 4 guys did an amazing job. I was so impressed with their thoughtfulness, ingenuity & teamwork. They were so polite, professional and very careful. They moved a 400-lb cabinet from my garage, across the lawn, up the porch steps, across the LR, and up the stairs to the 2nd floor - which were very narrow with low ceilings and a sharp turn at the top - without leaving a single scratch on anything.
