When we compare the number of NPS feedback we have with the number of people who leave a review on G2 and Capterra. Like, there's quite a big difference in numbers

We feel there's an appropriate time wherever the customer has had enough experience with us. If we ask them too soon, they're like, “I'm not going to give a review. I don't know you yet.” Our actual cycle is kind of long, too. In our case, a project might take six or nine months to complete. Some customers feel comfortable reviewing us after a two week iteration, when we're only at the beginning of the project. Others want to see the project delivered before reviewing. Timing is actually very, very tricky.
