Very user friendly and provides great visibility across systems

What do you like best about TargetBoard?
TargetBoard has been a pleasure to work with in every way. The team is highly responsive to any questions and constantly adds new features to increase the value that they are already offering.
Setup and integration with our existing tools was quick and easy, and immediately allowed us to gain insights and metrics that could not be easily visualized previously. TargetBoard has also allowed us to centralize data from multiple tools we work with and review everything holistically in one location.
Additional tools such as insights, and especially the ability to set targets on specific KPIs and recieve active notifications when metrics fall outside of these parameters have also been very helpful.
What do you dislike about TargetBoard?
No complaints so far in terms of either the tool or user experience.
What problems is TargetBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining data from multiple sources to properly identify where are efforts are and how best to streamline work and processes.

It's a startup in its initial stages; things are rough around the edges, but the team makes up for it with utter dedication.

I have been using TargetBoard for a few months now and enjoying the ease of use and the ready-made reports that provide me with insightful data on critical matters like our average dev cycle time, team's velocity and many more. If you are an R&D manager, stop flying blind. Strong github-jira integrations that allow you to know exactly what's working and what's not in your org.

Part of the data was already accessible to me via internal tools so the value I got was partial.

KPIs for R&D is a pain. As an R&D leader, you always say, "I must define KPIs and build a simple dashboard to understand my team's performance," but you always lack the time and resources. With TargetBoard, you get dashboards out-of-the-box. Easy, fase, reliable. And if anything is accidentally missing, the team will set it up for you in just a few minutes.
