The service from this company is always excellent. Recently I mislaid a beading needle, so I bought some of the Tulip needles that they particularly recommend, and I am extremely happy with them. Many beading needles are rather flimsy, and so bendy that they can catch in things and make the beads jump off into oblivion; these, however, are much better quality - still flexible enough to thread into awkward places, but not so flexible that they're a nuisance. The only difficulty with them is that even for me they're a little hard to thread (and I normally have no trouble at all threading needles), because the eyes are so very small. The company also has an extraordinarily good selection of beads, jewellery findings, and so on; everything you need is in one place, so it is extremely convenient. I originally found them because I needed some beads for a piece of embroidery, but I like them so much that I've ended up becoming a serious beader!

Hi, A massive huge thank you to Spoiletrotten Beads. I purchased some rare antique bear claw earrings for my partner, for Christmas. She saw a pair of these in an antique shop in Lyndhurst but we didn’t buy them. I tried to purchase these on the sly a couple of days later but they were sold. I remembered how much she loved them so I shopped early in February 2023 and purchased a pair from the USA and tucked them away in a drawer. To my horror when I got them out to wrap them up I found that one of the tube beads had been smashed. I spent a lot of time on google to see if I could buy a bead tube to replace the smashed one I found spoilt rotten beads and ordered some beads that seemed to be a good fit. Viv was absolutely brilliant and worked with me regarding a colour match for the smashed bead and getting the size correct, sending pictures the end result is the beads you have sent is absolutely perfect. Thank thank thank you for such a brilliant service. The colour match is absolutely perfect and they are now fixed and ready to wrap. Perfect service in every way. Thank you again.

Spoilt Rotten Beads is the all round shop on line to go to. The tutorials and videos are really well presented and easy to follow. I have taken advantage of the free patterns and while there is no obligation to buy the beads for the patterns I don't fight the urge to buy more beads! There is a vast choice on their Web site and having become a member of Totally Spoilt Club I get 5% off everything I buy even sale items. If I lived near the actual shop in Cambridge I'd be flat broke. I live in the North West so that problem is avoided. I do buy from other bead sites but I always come back to Spoilt Rotten Beads.

I found this wonderful bead shop about 2 years ago the staff are so helpful and extremely knowledgable. All of the staff there are always so friendly they are happy for you to pop in just for chat. I have attended many classes and always have a terrific time whilst learning new skills. I do feel that the shop is my second home and all the staff are all my friends. Over the last few years I have met other customers and have become friends with them, we often meet up on various classes and enjoy a catch up over a class and a cuppa. All of the products that the shop sells are extremely good quality and very pretty. The shop has just introduced a loyallity scheme that is an amazing subscription as you can save a lot of money. The online ordering is excellent they will contact you either by email or phone in tthe unlikely event that there is an issue with an order you place. If there is an item that you require and that they do not stock they will try to get the item in for you. Overall this is the best beading supplier that i know of. A friendly knowledgable one stop beading shop you could ever need.
