Don’t sell your clothes here… (This review is regarding selling at Relove, not the cafe or buying secondhand.) Without any explanation, more than half of my clothes weren’t put up for sale, and no one contacted me about it - no message, nothing. They also put up one of the bags for sale that I brought the clothes in, even though I instructed them not to. They weren’t able to explain why half of my clothes weren’t put up for sale in any meaningful way, but they promised to look into it. Hopefully, they will provide me with some sort of acceptable answer before my (expensive) sales week is over. If this is how it is to sell at Relove, this was my first and last time.

A perfect mix of a trendy café and a charming second-hand shop! The atmosphere is cozy, and the pastry selection is amazing, it was hard to choose, but the buns looked too good to pass up. Paired with a cappuccino, it was a great little coffee break. A lovely spot.

So cute and girl coded! They have the best pastries (including so many gluten free ones) and delicious coffee. I wish we had a place like this in the U.S., because I’d go here all the time!! Didn’t buy any clothes but they had great pieces!

Beautiful area, kind staff and lovely food. Clearly labelled gluten free cakes (in Finnish and English: G in Finnish, GF in English).... all cakes are Gf so you know there are no concerns about risk of cross contamination! We tried the cupcakes and cookies which were nice! Only one star lost as the cupcakes were slightly dry and cookies slightly harder than expected for my taste... but that is expected of GF food and they were still lovely. However I will be back to try more!

very horrible service and unprofessional staff. during the sales period, they took the liberty of moving my stuff into a locked showcase cabinet and lost the key! I was not informed until i went to pick up my stuff. and ofc nothing was sold because the staff lost the key and could not open the cabinet. They didn't offer any compensation for this. So basically they just robbed me of the 79 euros reservation fee. Ridiculous!

Myyntijakso Relovessa vuonna 2017 maksoi 58e ja provisio tuolloin oli 8,5%. 2020 myyntijakso 65e ja provisio 10%, 2023 myyntijakso 69e ja provisio jo 18%. Tänä vuonna myyntijakson hinta on noussut jo 77 euroon ja provisio kasvanut 22 euroon. Hintojen nousu näkyy myös tuotteiden hinnoittelussa - suurin osa tuotteista on ylihinnoiteltuja, jotta myyntijaksosta jäisi jotain käteen. En voi suositella. Onneksi vaihtoehtoisia myyntikanavia löytyy ja myös kirpputoreja, joiden hintataso on noussut maltillisemmin.

3 stars for the vintage clothing shop, which has a very good selection - affordable prices - and clothes that don't look like they had 10 past lives. For the coffee place - although I love the fact that this place offered both the shopping and tea time experience - I was more mitigated. I ordered a chai latte which was just in form of syrup + milk, and even though God knows how much I have a sweet tooth, this was shockingly just way too much sugar (first time I don't finish a chai latte 🥲) It's even sadder because the place is super cute and cosy - I hope they'll invest in better quality for their drinks in the future!

Tilana tosi ihana ja tunnelmallinen, ja huippuhyvää ruokaa! Löytänyt täältä monet ihanat luottokuteet ja vaihtoehtoisesti ihana paikka niin kahvittelulle kuin ruoankin ääressä ystävien tapaamiseen. Palvelu on aina ystävällistä. Tila vain itsessään on suhteellisen ahdas ja vaatteiden hinnat ovat nousseet, eikä löytöjä tule tehtyä enää ihan samalla tavalla kuin ennen.

Such a waste of money. The slice of cake that I got was not fresh tasted like fridge and was dry( although they had fresh full cake I got an old one from the back) , orange juice was not natural(it was in glass to you would assume that it's natural and fresh but it was from packed juice and not even a good quality one). Staff didn't seem to care much( as I saw also another customer complain about the brown and bad looking avocado on the display ) and not very friendly... just the tea and the fruit bowl were good , rest we just tasted and left there... Do not recommend

Super neat combo restaurant/cafe and beautifully curated 2nd hand shop. The food seems to be all plant-based w nice vegan options. This was the first 2nd hand clothing shop where I found things I bought (and there's heaps and heaps of 2nd hand in Helsinki). Recommend checking both the cafe and shop. I stayed and had lunch and it was great.

The shop is very well laid out and tidy with clothes organised by colour/style/type on different rails. However, they are definitely secondhand rather than vintage age-wise. I thought many of the items were too poor quality to be resold (e.g. faded, bobbled jumpers) and some of the prices were ridiculous. I saw Primark and H&M items being sold for the same price they would be new. An H&M polyester unlined dress was €22. A top from Primark was €8. Zara items were minimum €20. Anything with a recognisable brand or label was very expensive. Unfortunately, it was all fast fashion from the last decade so there was very little of quality. I prefer to pay for quality rather than the label. The only item of quality I found (natural fibre cardigan) was €150. If I'm going to buy cheap fast fashion secondhand, then I want cheap prices as well. The shop has a cafe with seating inside and outside. The patio seating area looked pretty and was catching the sun. However, prices were very expensive so I didn't buy anything.
