I was recently in an apartment High street in Cheltenham. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. It was close to everything, the city centre was just a few meters away. I definitely recommend the apartments.from the Fortuna property

The listing was fine. It was a converted garage, which meant that we felt somewhat exposed and could hear anyone pulling into the driveway. The checking process was uncomfortable to say the least. They required us to fill out additional Al information including scans of our IDs along with a deluge of messages with too much information that wasn’t properly organized. Also, virtually ever surface where one’s eye could rest had laminated signage with warning signs about charging an additional £500 for misuse of the toilet among other things. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience. I was really put off by the approach to communication and instruction. I rarely have these kinds of situations on this app, so I would suggest reconsidering this listing unfortunately.

Host is very quick at responding to messages and helped us when we had a issue. Apartment is lovely and 100% recommended but just be aware the two back bedrooms overlook a big building site which can be quite noisy in the early mornings. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, well equipped and nicely presented. Communication was excellent and getting in to the property was very clear and straight forward. The location of the property is not in the nicest part of town, a little run down and a lot of rubbish on the street. The communal entrance hall was not very clean and the paintwork is scuffed and marked but that was only the communal areas and my only negative about our stay. The inside of the flat was very well presented, clear instructions for everything and it is about a 15 min walk to the centre of Cheltenham. The parking space was very welcome and the Wi-Fi was good with added bonus of a Netflix log in. All in all a great place to stay for a getaway in Cheltenham.

Unfortunately on the day I was due to check in there was an issue with plumbing on the original property I booked, fortuna called me to explain this and luckily they had an alternative property for me to stay in (that was actually an upgrade) this was all sorted without any additional expense or inconvenience to me. The new property was lovely and very homely, also as a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. I will definitely be booking with them again!

Lovely stay, exactly as pictured and described. Location was perfect for our needs, we nipped into Cardiff via the train for a Rugby match. Short walk from both station and the centre of Cheltenham for dinner. Hosts were fabulous and got in touch right away, when I had an issue with the gate code - turns out it was completely my own error but they were helpful, polite and understanding in the face of my own stupidity. Thank you once again ☺️

The property was lovely, right in the centre of Cheltenham, with parking. Clean tidy and spacious - just want you want for a nice weekend break. Only slight oddity was that the "front" door (where the key box is) was straight into the master bedroom, not a big issue - we then only used the back door for access in and out of the property during our stay.

I booked this quickly as needed a bolt hole for 2 nights for a bit of R&R. My bad as I didn’t check the location properly... It’s right on a main road - so the road kept me awake until 2am with loud revving of engines - maybe a boy racer spot?! The windows seemed to let in all the noise. Also the drains really stank so I couldn’t get that smell out of my nose! I think it came from the bathroom. I didn’t stay the 2nd night as didn’t want a repeat - and couldn’t put up with the smell either. Such a shame as it’s a nice flat otherwise. It had all I needed and the bed was comfortable (always important!). Curtains not blackout for those that need. I didn’t check there was a bath actually - I was disappointed there wasn’t one! Not important for some but a check for me for next Airbnb. Lots of lessons learned for me on this stay.

We had a great stay at St Margaret's Place , asked for 2 singles and a double and it was all prepared very nicely for our stay. Visited Smokey Joes Comedy Huddle on Friday night which I would highly recommend and only 2 minutes from apartment. Very comfortable sofa and chairs and an excellent cooking and eating area in the kitchen, beds were comfortable with very nice linen. all facilities were there if you were staying longer than our 2 nights and I recommend this place highly! Thanks for having us we had a lovely stay in Cheltenham.

The flat was very clean and looks like the photos. Big space for reasonable price, location is outside of the town and is about 30-40 min walk or 15 min bus. The area doesn’t have much in it, and it felt slightly unsafe (I wouldn’t stay there alone as a female) but was ok with my partner. The hallway smelled quite strongly and I just wouldn’t feel super comfortable on my own especially at night. But over all good value for money.
