My mobility scooter was loaded onto a van and returned 3 days later in full working order. The mechanic obviously knew his "stuff". It was so simple that when it was done I thought I had forgotten something . I took advantage of the 10 months no interest payments which was another bonus. My name is John Porter and I had the delightful experience visiting East Midland Mobility based in Wigston, Leicestershire where I met Cassey. I was looking for a mobility scooter to meet my needs. Cassey was patient and professional and discussed my requirements in full. I was shown several options and allowed to try them out by taking them for a "spin" around the large car park. I chose one that happened to to be a reurbished model with a 12 month warranty, without any pressure to buy. The scooter was delivered to my home that evening. The whole process was a pleasure and their service was 5 star and second to none!!

My Dad’s mobility scooter stopped working so we rang East Midlands Mobility and spoke to Cassie. She was so helpful and after sending a video of the beeping sound the scooter was making she was able to tell us what the fault was likely to be .We dropped it off next day to be fixed and we were so impressed by the friendly service we booked it in for a service too. It was ready in 2 days all fixed and working and shiny, looks like they cleaned it as part of the service. I’m pleased to say that you will not find any other mobility shop that does its best , I bought a brand new scooter but had trouble with getting any good distance out of it have a lot of test , and them taking to the manufacturer, the manufacturer said there’s nothing they can do , so guy agreed to exchange my scooter for another different one in my mind you won’t find a better mobility shop who go over the top to make sure you are completely satisfied with your scooter .

What a joy to discover such honest people. Prime move in Grantham quoted me £1000 for finding and repairing my folding scooter. The scooter did not work on the key fob and the battery gauge was faulty. I thought after the quote perhaps the fob had a battery. It did so it was changed and low and behold it worked again. Now there was the matter of the battery gauge. A search on the internet found East midlands Mobility in Wigston, They serviced my scooter and repaired the battery gauge for £164. One delighted customer and they gave me and my husband a cup of coffee. Cannot highly recommend enough. Thank you

I am very impressed with East Midlands Mobility. I had my Mother’s scooter in my garage for about a year as I had struggled to find anyone willing to look at it. After sending over photos of the make and model and the broken cable , Cassie was extremely helpful, calling around and sourcing the part for me. They repaired the scooter, serviced it and went over and above for me by doing a full lithium battery test, all for a very reasonable price. All the staff were brilliant, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again. In fact my mother who lives in the North of England has said she wants them to do the annual service for her.
