1. Initial Experience I visited Charmia in March to replace my kitchen. The service was provided in English, and the first visit was pleasant. The staff clearly explained what was needed: measurements of the kitchen space. Since I had already visited other kitchen makers, I was able to provide the measurements and even a plan from another company. Within a week, I received a plan for my new kitchen. I made some modifications, selected colors, frames, handles, and other details. Price was competitive compared to other brands. 2. Ordering & Communication Managers at Charmia were helpful, but it was also the customer responsibility to know what to request. After my approval, communication became slower. Initial near-instant replies turned into 1–2 days’ delays. 3. Delivery Issues The promised delivery date was postponed, which forced me to reschedule with my installer, electrician, and plumber. Charmia explained the delays as a result of high demand, but this was not communicated proactively. On delivery day, several items were missing. Only after contacting the manager I was informed that the missing parts would arrive within two weeks. This should have been communicated earlier. 4. Appliance Measurement Problem One of my appliances did not fit into the cabinet. The cabinet had to be replaced. Charmia had collected some appliance dimensions, but not all. I was told that providing all measurements was the customer’s responsibility, and this was only mentioned after delivery (hidden in the agreement). In my opinion, as professionals, Charmia should guide customers through this process and request all required dimensions explicitly to avoid such problems. 5. Product Quality Facades/doors look good and are of good quality. Cabinet quality is quite poor: almost all arrived with chips or small damages. Some had to be painted or hidden during installation. 6. Installation Experience I hired my own installer, which was a very good decision. A Charmia installer came to help with one cabinet, but I had to redo the job myself. Having a trusted installer is essential. The whole installation process ended up taking two months because of delivery delays and cabinet replacement. 7. Final Result Despite the issues, the kitchen now looks great. The process, however, was stressful and not smooth. 8. Suggestions for Improvement Communicate proactively about possible delays and missing items before delivery day. Ensure managers request all appliance dimensions instead of leaving this responsibility unclear to customers. Improve quality control for cabinets to avoid chips and damages. Clarify expectations and responsibilities during the ordering process in a transparent and customer-friendly way. Improve installer quality or recommend trusted professionals.
Would like to Thank Jenna and Kia-Maria for handling all my issues! I believe after fixing those issues mentioned, Charmia will be one of the top kitchen producers.
