Great clean place ran by women, Christian music, technicians are trained and knowledgeable. I like the casualness but it’s a little too casual because I can’t tell who works there and who doesn’t. Love the communication/text reminders. Overall pleased after leaving three different optometrists.

It's rare that an experience lines up exactly like a business is advertised. Bright Eyes is a greatly appreciated exception. We walked in the front door and the office was warm, inviting, and spotless. The staff was attentive and welcoming. They were informative and caring. The check-in process was smooth and our appointments started promptly. The care staff (up to and including the doctor) were knowledgeable, energetic and professional. It was very clear that care and comfort are highly valued. My kids loved their exams and the doctor. I had my eyes checked at Bright Eyes on Wednesday. I was impressed by the new office but even more the friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to answer questions and help when needed. My 90 year old mother was seen. The staff came out in the freezing cold to help her get into the building safely. We were quickly registered and offered a seat. Shortly after, the technician came and administered the various tests that examined ALL parts of her vision occurred. Her eyes were then dilated. The doctor came in. She was very upbeat and enthusiastic. She had reviewed my mother's medical history before coming in thecroom. The eye test was administered. It was obvious that my mother was struggling with her right eye. A prescription was ordered. There was a huge selection of glasses to chose from. With the exception of the cost of the glasses, everything was great!
