Cintia Lutz was Introduced to me through one of my colleagues here at Norquest College in April of 2024. Since that time, Cintia, through her organization "Able and Available", has been one of our biggest champions of our program here at Norquest College (Data Analytics and Business Intelligence for Autistic Individuals). Not a time goes by without her sharing and endorsing our program through social media and word of mouth. Through Cintia and "Able and Available", our program which is specifically only eligible to students that are Autistic/ Neurodiverse has had increased exposure to those Autistic/Neurodiverse individuals that may not have found out about our program otherwise. This allowed prospective students to apply for our specialized college micro credential and work towards getting a meaningful education that will enhance their job opportunities.
