I ordered 3 appliances from Undervalue Appliances. The person I spoke to regarding questions with one of the orders, Andrew, was extremely helpful. There was a washer that was ordered that needed cleaning before use and this may have been an issue with the delivery company vs Undervalue Appliances. When I needed the timer checked on a washer, the technicians were quick to check it and make sure it was working properly. Overall, the service was good and I’d order again.

When I purchased a fridge from Undervalue, it did not work. They did everything to repair it, but when it turned out that it was an issue with the motherboard, which would take 6 - 8 weeks to replace, they fully replaced my fridge. There was never any hesitation to do the right thing.

Made another purchase a few days ago sight unseen, A fridge in one of the rental units had a electrical system issue and Undervalue Appliances set me up with a replacement fridge a 24" stainless steel in a matter of days, with delivery and removal service getting what I need for my rental properties could be simpler. The delivery service called ahead and was on time and the delivery and removal happened with not so much as a bump let alone damage. It seems as though they're looking for any reason at all to void their "warranty". After I had issues with a washer we purchased I reached out to inquire about solving the problem. The owner was disrespectful and condescending with his interactions. After the washer completely failed, we were told the warranty was voided because the washer was not "leveled". We reached out initially when we had problems with the washer shaking about when we did a first load. Initially, he mentioned that leveling the machine as a potential solution, as I made extremely micro adjustments to the legs of the washer and continued use as we were told (in a very condisending way) that would be the solution. The tub, inside the washer, came off it's brackets as the machine would continue to shake, even though it was "level". I further reached out again, met with more disrespect, the owner told me that the warranty is voided and his "generous" solution was to bring it back to him and he would charge me for the repair or could sell me another unit instead of just coming to fix the unit. If you're looking for a used appliance , I highly recommend purchasing from a private seller and NOT business as this is not a reputable business that stands behind their claims or the products that they sell and you're taking just as much of a shot in the dark of expecting what you buy to work for you and it's not worth the headache of working with this company.

Good deal on freezer that works well; however, was never mentioned in the description that the internal lights do not work due to a faulty door switch. Had to fix that myself. Delivery is fast and professional. Customer service is also quite responsive, but nowhere near a level of courtesy or friendliness you might come to expect. This can be backed up by many other reviews. Overall experience was OK. Would not use them again, nor would I recommend.

We are happy with the washing machine we received from Undervalue Appliances, but we have a suggestion to improve the customer experience to five stars: We and I am sure many others in apartment buildings don't have dollies. Therefore it would really help if you could offer yours for a few minutes as part of the delivery service, so that we could bring the new appliance upstairs and bring the old unit back down. As much as we wish we had the brute strength to carry a washing machine in by ourselves, it just isn't realistic and it caused more stress than was necessary.

Extremely unprofessional and rude, I do not recommend Both the owner (Andrew) and Billy (sales manager) like to talk down to people like they are stupid. It is not unacceptable to ask to see a ‘used refurbished’ product before buying it considering the issues that some people have had in the reviews I have read. The contact address is Marconi Blvd which I’m told is all low income housing which is very suspicious. They also refused pay at pick up, I can’t understand how this company is still in business, their responses to people issues are just excuses. I will find products elsewhere with a company that is more professional in their handling of customers. I am thankful of their unprofessionalism and it saved me from the horrible experiences others have had

Purchased a refurbished fridge Sept 7, 2022. Arrived very smelly with mold in the drawers and mold in the ice maker/water dispenser. The door handles wouldn’t reattach after bringing it in the house. Technician came out to fix the handles and clean the mold. Noticed a week ago that it was no longer cooling. Lost food. Contacted them and was told there’s only a 60 day warranty and contact the technical support. Emailed them and they said they haven’t done house calls since 2019 (weird.. since I had someone out in September) and wouldn’t be able to come and check the fridge, but that I could BUY A NEW ONE AT THEIR COST! Are you kidding me? I spent $1000 on a fridge less than 90 days ago. Why on earth would I buy a new one and why aren’t they doing ANYTHING about this. I’m less than 30 days out of the “60 day warranty”. Complete garbage. Will never recommend or purchase from this company again. Had a repair man out tonight that we found on our own. He could not believe that there was zero warranty on this and that we have had it less than 90 days. Fridge has a crack in the back and the drain is clogging which was causing massive ice build up.
