DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! I received my Phillips HS1 defibrillator today and I have 0 complaints! The defib came with more than I expected, Carry Case and Wall mount...and unexpectedly a separate carry case with a face mask for rescue breaths, safety scissors, gloves, alcohol wipes and gauze. All that for a low cost per month, It's a no brainer!

You are running an amazing service we have been trying to get an AED for our community for over 2 years now without any joy I saw your advert on Facebook and 2 days later I have an AED outside my front door for the community to use or hopefully never use but it is there I don't think there is anything you can do to make this service any better

Zonder problemen een AED besteld en geleverd. Er zaten geen stickers bij, maar na mijn opmerking hierover, werden ze alsnog bezorgd. Goede service! Enige minpuntje, maar dat zit in de AED zelf, is dat ‘de stem’ zegt dat je een grijs kastje moet pakken, maar dat is niet duidelijk waarneembaar.

Ideaal met zorgeloos onderhoud en spreiding kosten. Snelle levering en service bij aflevering perfect. We hadden 6 oudere AED's op onze lokaties maar toen er echt één ingezet moets worden happerde dat apparaat deels. Dat wil ik nooit meer!

Na een vraag over de website, kreeg ik een mail als dank voor mijn interesse, met de belofte dat er meer emails zouden volgen. Hierop heb ik gereageerd dat ik alleen de vraag beantwoord wilde zien. Ook het verzoek gedaan mijn gegevens te verwijderen. Tot mijn verbazing zag ik vandaag een gemiste oproep, een sms en vervolgens nog een mail van deze firma. Ongetwijfeld een goed initiatief, maar als ik mijn geld in iets investeer dan verwacht ik ook dat ze de zaken goed op orde hebben.

Easy to order online. Respond quite well to enquiries. However, once the order was placed and paid for the item took 2 weeks to arrive. The first issue seemed to be that it took about a week to process the direct debit mandate and take the money, and once that was done it was another week for the item to arrive. However, on the plus side they promise to replace the unit, for whatever reason, within 2 days: courier should arrive within 2 days with a complete replacement unit. That is yet to be tested. Hopefully it won't come to that because it's likely that the unit has had to used. We don't want that.

Super goed geholpen! Wat een geweldig initiatief om zo makkelijk over een AED te beschikken. Ik kwam de advertentie tegen waarin uitgelegd werd dat voor een klein maandbedrag alle kosten inbegrepen zijn, dus ook al het onderhoud en voor die paar tientjes per maand heb ik er nu eentje in huis.

Recent werden we opmerkzaam gemaakt op de mogelijkheid een volledig verzorgd AED abonnement te nemen voor onze schepen. Nu hebben we geen omkijken meer naar onze Philips AED’s. We kunnen er geheel op vertrouwen dat onze Philips AED’s altijd inzetbaar zijn en dat is een geruststellend gevoel, zonder dat we zelf iets hoeven te doen of organiseren.
