Could not have been happier ordering our Boox tablets from Einktab. My wife and I each purchased a Boox Go 10.3 around Black Friday. However, the shipping company seemed to have lost our tablets. After reaching out to the shipping company multiple times, I finally contacted Einktab to update them on the situation to see if they could do anything on their end. After a couple of more days of trying to get the shipping company to do something, Einktab stepped in and just shipped us new tablets at their expense (via a different shipping company), so they were there for us the next day. Customer service is about putting the customer first, and Einktab stepped in and showed us that there are companies out there who are still willing to do that. Not only that, but we love our Boox tablets as well - having the flexibility of Android but on an eink display is great, so we've been able to set them up to work just as we want. Great for both taking notes and reading.

Extremely positive experience! Ordered the Boox Go 10.3 from them a few days before its release. They shipped it immediately once they received the first batch of units, it arrived perfectly in a couple of days, securely packed with all accessories. I’ve been using it pretty much daily for the past 3 months. Communication with Roman was excellent and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and honestly, without underplaying any of them. Their policies are much clearer and more customer-friendly than other Boox distributors in Canada. It’s also reassuring to know that they are qualified to handle repairs in-house, though thankfully there has been zero issue with my Go 10.3 so far. Overall, if you’re in Canada and set on buying a Boox device, I can’t recommend einktab enough based on my experience with them.

I purchased my first Boox device from EINKTAB so I can get proper Canadian service and gurantee and not need to ship or talk to the chinese manufactuuer. The go colour arrived and I quickly decided it wasn't for me. I like the Kobo too much. Roman form EINTAB immdeitaly agreed to accept the return for a full refund and no shipping charges. If you're Canadian and thinking of Boox devices, think no further. After the curency conversion and duties you would need to pay, it's not more expensive than ordering from China. The customer service exprience from Einktab and Roman is beyond my imagination. I got my BOOX Nova 5 from BOOX official on-line store in China about one-year ago and it is a lovely device for my everyday reading. Couple of months ago, I noticed there were some tiny gaps between the screen edge and the body and it became more and more noticable especially at night. The device was under one-year warranty but I did not know anywhere in Canada could fix this issue. I searched on-line and someone mentioned the name of Einktab. I tried my luck and contacted them. The initial response from Roman was this model was not sold in Canada, but he could contact the headquarter of BOOX for their approval of repairs, so I do not need to mail this all the way back to China. BOOX gave us the greenlight and Roman ordered the replacement part. The following came smoothly: I mailed the device to Einktab and they replaced the new screen and mailed back to me. Now the device works perfectly as new. More importantly, the outstanding customer service offered by Roman is really rare in Canada and he really cares about the customer (thought I did not buy from Einktab) and tried his best to solve the issues. I cannot recommend more for this amazing business and its owner!

I was looking to purchase an e-ink tablette and actively shopped around for several days. I decided on a BOOX airnote 3c and looked everywhere I could, even considering the US site. Finally I came across the best deal I was able to find on Best Buy marketplace, and looked up the seller directly, as I’ve had a bad experience in the past with Best Buy. Besides, I much rather deal with the company selling me something, than a middle man. Boy was that ever a good move! I called and, and was able to talk to someone instantly. The customer service was amazing! They even gave me a deal on an accessory I wanted to purchase, only the manufacturer had that same deal on the entire web, and they matched it right away even though no one else was offing the deal. Shipping was fast and the packaging done with great care. Really, I will not be looking anywhere else for my e-ink needs. And I think they might expand too at some point so I’m always keeping an eye out. I have to say that customer service, to me , is almost as important as the product I’m buying itself. It’s a package, when you want quality; quality products and quality customer care. I HIGHLY recommend! I will be a long term returning customer!
