Our carpets are 17 years old and had been cleaned once (by a different service provider) previously to being cleaned by Ecosuds. Our carpets are cream in colour, with some bad areas where there was heavy traffic. After being cleaned by Ecosuds are carpets look brand new! Even the heavy traffic areas ie. stairs, came up beautifully due to the extra work that Phil and Nikki applied to these tough areas. We also had our cream coloured sofa (also 17 years old) cleaned and this too looks like the day we bought it. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Ecosuds and would highly recommend this company.

Ecosuds did a fantastic job for me on short notice at a reasonable rate after a competitor (Crystal Clean) screwed me over. It took over a week for Crystal Clean to show, and when they did, they gave me an argument about the square footage of the carpets I wanted cleaned and, instead of allowing me to prove to them that the square footage was within their advertised parameters, they walked out leaving me in the lurch with my furniture in disarray. So I called Ecosuds and spoke to Nicki over the phone, explained my situation, and she agreed to do the job the following day at a comparable rate. She did the job personally, was pleasant, cheerful, and made great conversation. The results were fantastic, the carpets dried quickly, and the job was eco-friendly. (I tipped her $20). Phil responded very quickly to my email requesting to have two wingback chairs cleaned. Since they have a minimum charge to come to your house, and two chairs doesn't quite meet that minimum, Phil gave me a couple of options to consider. We ended up dropping them off at their shop and picking them up the same day. They were just slightly damp, although not enough to prevent us from sitting on them when we got them home. I wish I'd taken a before picture. They look amazing. Ecosuds did a great job and I would definitely recommend their services.

Very professional person came to my apartment to clean my upholstery and area rug. I couldn’t believe the transformation after my two love seats were cleaned! They were in desperate need as they are light coloured. The whole apartment smelled to fresh afterwards. It did not take long for them to dry. I left them alone overnight and next morning I was able to sit on them. My carpet is currently being cleaned at their warehouse but if the condition of the loveseats is any indication of how the carpet will come back to me, I will be thoroughly satisfied. It will take approximately two weeks for the carpet to be returned to me. Thank you very much for your hard work and professionalism. Looking forward to seeing my carpet! UPDATE! My carpet has returned and I am in awe! Every stain has been removed and the carpet looks brand new. (Note: the carpet is wool and over 10 years old). I will definitely recommend you. We live in a rental home that has very old carpets that had a lot of mystery stains, including a couple hard as rock patches. There were (from us) also a lot of visible high traffic spots and paths on our light coloured carpets. I really wish I'd taken before pictures because, wow, they look absolutely fantastic now! Our living room had the most beat up carpet (min 20 years old) but looks so much better than I'd expected. The two bedrooms look so good I can hardly stop going in every 10 minutes just to admire the fresh & unified colour of the floors, and how the whole room just looks better because of it. NIKKI and her helper (a gentleman whose name escapes me) were very friendly and professional. They were quick and did a great job. They were also cheaper for the 3 rooms done than other companies we've used were for only the 1 living room. They are worth more than they charge. PHIL was also great on the phone the two times I interacted with him. You can't help but feel a little better in general after speaking to him, he's that friendly. As long as EcoSuds is in business, we'll be using them for whatever it is we need done.

We have not had our area rugs cleaned ever. One is a 10x8 oriental with vibrant reds and blues. Phil picked it up and brought it back after they had checked the colours for bleeding which resulted in Ecosuds taking a different tack to clean. Bottom line is we cannot be more pleased with the finished product, so much so we are having our silk area rug cleaned after 2 homes and 15 years of traffic.

Starting with very easy and pleasant communication about booking the estimate and then booking the job to the explanation how the service works, ladies, (my bad, I forgot names..), came in the house with a sunny disposition and on time. They sure made my day! (it’s really hard to come by with such a pleasant demeanour nowadays, especially due to Covid. Bright smiles, timely, very professional and a job well done!
