We purchased a 3-panel sliding door from Avant in March 2023. The Right hand lock Was difficult to use and continued to get worse. I called them and they immediately scheduled repair for when they were in the northeastern area of the United States. Luckily, it was within two weeks. The installers couldn’t have been more qualified and pleasant. Not only did they repair the lock, but they took care of some other issues that had to do with installation by our private installer . Now the door not only looks beautiful, but functions as it is supposed to. We were a little nervous, buying a door from a company in Texas, not knowing whether if there were issues, they would service the door for us. Luckily, they honored their warranty and went above and beyond. We would definitely buy from avant doors again in the future.

Being in Tennessee, I was skeptical at first ordering a 12 ft triple slider door that’s several thousand dollars. I was planning on shipping and having it installed myself, it happen to work out they were going to be close by and contacted me to see if I’d like it delivered and installed. YES! All went great, I was at work and received a video of the door sliding as it should. Then during the final construction a frame/seal got pulled and I contacted Avant for advice on repairing, lucky for me they were going to be passing thru in a couple weeks and told me he wanted me happy with my purchase. They stopped by and took care of the issue even though it wasn’t their fault. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would definitely purchase from again.

My doors were installed 2 years ago, I told them I was having sone issues I wasn’t sure how to fix. They drove 3 hours at no charge to fix them. Now they are working perfectly.

The company travelled almost 2000 miles to deliver the wrong size doors. They agree the correct size was documented on our sales receipt, but they never bothered to confirm the measurements before the doors left their warehouse! Then, overnight and in the dark and causing damage to our property! The company’s employees trespassed and illegally removed the incorrect sized doors without notifying us. We tried to negotiate a resolution, but OZ preferred to steal the doors back! He chose unilaterally without notifying us of his decision to illegally steal the doors that were paid for in full! At this point I will need to repair my driveway and retaining wall damaged by his employees. Then contact my credit card company for a refund!

I had been shopping for doors all over Houston for about a month. The advertisement for Avant Doors showed up on my Facebook feed so I gave them a call. The quote I got seemed almost too good to be true because I had been getting quotes for non-folding doors but I really wanted folding doors. The best customer service through Lennar we’ve had. This summer we bought a house built by Lennar and have had multiple warranty issues. The branch manager for Avanti, Ryan Menne, contacted us the same day we filed an issue with Lennar and was out that afternoon to fix it. He was timely and professional. His assessment revealed the issue was with Lennar’s poor window installation (Avanti did not install the windows initially). He gave us several different solutions to the problem and let us choose the best option for us. It was far the easiest, most professional, and fastest response we’ve had from a Lennar contractor thus far. If I could go back in time and choose a different builder, I most definitely would, but also would keep Avanti for windows if Ryan was the branch manager- hands down.
