Worst. Company. Ever. We placed an order for a sofa in their store (they asked for 3 lakh advance) and we were told it’ll take 25 days. So, 25 days pass and I call this extremely rude guy saying he never said 25 days but 35 working days (2 months), they havent made my sofa - nor will they refund. Later on he did change his statement saying he said 25 days before by mistake - but still no refund :) So the delivery time he gave me next was about two weeks after my first call, and then i called on that day - and it still wasn’t ready. Then they told me next week and it still wasnt done - all up until the 4th week - by which time, i was fed up of asking and waiting, so was my whole family. Anyways, today I finally received it - and i was like, thank God the lies are over and they actually built it - only to receive it completely open in the air, fully moist with smog and all its crevices completely filled with DIRT AND LEAVES. I’ve vaccumed for an hour and its still not clean. There’s mud stains on it like - thats permanent. So thats what i got for 3 LAKH. Either a new sofa completely ruined by negligence - or, as my mom believes from the stains, AN OLD SOFA.

They may have beautiful furniture but really need to work on their onsite presence . Finding their onsite location is a Herculean task . There are no markings on the main road that would suggest their location. I mean I get that you want to be exclusive but making things easier for the buyer and not making them jump hoops to find you is common business sense . Combine business sense with your art and you’ll go places . Till then, Good luck

Beautiful!!! Such a lovely addition to the house. Soft. Comfortable. And great quality. Packaging was great too. Everyone loves the cushion balls💞. Playfully and elegant. Ordering experience was brilliant too. We were able to customise height and width, fabric and even choose the softness of the sofa. Kollekt delivered on their promise of making high quality products. I don’t have to say much - the pictures below speak a million words. This is the BEST furniture store in this city - they use solid wood and are an AMAZING business. Both Eesa and Mariyam are absolutely crushing it - go buy their furniture and make tons of good memories!
