You will be loved, taken care of, safe and know you matter while in this program and after! I love someone who was running out on the streets for years, day after day and found any and every excuse to not make a change. Most treatment centers only care about milking your insurance and spending as little time on you as possible… Prior to calling ZBH, I spent a good amount of calling other programs and was left feeling exhausted, deflated and hopeless… then I gave Zoe Behavioral Health a call. I was greeted by the kindest and most compassionate woman, Selena, who was answered all my questions (I came up with alot of them.) I could tell she sincerely cared about my loved ones well-being, safety, happiness and really wanted to help support us both in getting him clean and sober! Thank you, Selena! You are an angel and truly saved both of our lives! A part of this disease can be relapse. This next part is a huge reason that I love and respect this company so much. If someone relapses AND IS WILLING, they will offer for them to go back to their detox program or depending on circumstances, find another program for them. ZBH is a program that is here to save lives. They truly care about their clients and always makes sure everyone is heard and feels important. I could go on and on about all the reasons this company is so incredible. I would recommend ZBH to my closest family and friends! This place provides the worst bare bones services and allows clients to be assaulted. If you want to sleep next to dangerous felons or have no options left then go here. When I got to Zoe I had no clue where I was going? I was transferred from a detox/residential facility that wasn’t owned by Zoe so I was really scared. When the driver dropped me off at the house I was greeted by Matt and Ben who sat with me explained the program helped me with my bags, Matt even drove me to the store to get me some things to feel more comfortable. The next day was my first group and as a person who’s been to 14 different rehabs the community of clients the love and support I received was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, the most powerful thing I’ve ever heard since I got clean has been “me too” no one lets you go through your journey alone there’s always someone who is willing to hold your hand. This was my first experience of leaving treatment with an actual completion and during that time many things happened that have led me to be able to say that I am still sober to this day. I was able to reunite with my daughter who is now back in my custody by facing my fears through therapy with an amazing therapist. I had the best doctor for my mental health that doesn’t just put you on meds to put you on meds he listened to me and followed up and made me feel heard. I had an amazing case manager who walked with me and taylored a treatment plan for my individual needs even helped me get my radt so ide be able to work in treatment as well. Almost all of the staff has been where you are at and are willing to help you get to where they are today. I had court 2 hours away and a staff member came with me and supported me during the beginning of cps and again through therapy and support kept me there when I wanted to run. I was also able to build and find God in this place and begin to follow him again. This is just a small example of how this program helped me help myself so I was able to change my life. Just like with anything you can do it if you want it and this is the best place to go to do it in. Someone is there waiting for you to say “me too”. Thank you Zoe Also if you have a service animal they are very accommodating to the fur babies my Milly was welcomed loved and had lots of room to be a dog 🐶 definitely makes things easier

I was out in L.A and the original place I was at was a not very good facility , nor did it have good staff. I got on Zoe website and I was contacted by a very welcoming and nice women named Selena , and she walked me through the stages of the programs and stages you go thru , as well as assuring that it is a safe place which is the biggest thing for me knowing I’m safe , when I arrived she showed me in and did my assessment with me and we were talking the whole time she was reassuring that I am in a good place now , and honestly , it wasent a lie . It was a great program , I am in my first year of soberiety and I wouldn’t be here without Selena getting me to come and doing all of the things she did for me. Staff treated me amazing and are very understanding because they have gone through it themselves , I highly recommend this program to go to , it got me sober and helped me stay sober .

The Truth

This place helped save my life for sure. one year ago i was searching for help got on the internet and found Zoe Behavioral Health. Selena was so kind she told me I would be okay and she would help me get the help I desperately needed. She got me into the evening IOP Outpatient zoom class with Mr. Colin and Mrs. Wendy. The two worked to get me where I am today. One year later sober and still going strong by the grace of God and the program. If you are willing to take direction from Mr.Colin and Mrs Wendy, do the work you will get and stay sober. It works if you work it Thank You so much Zoe.

Zoe owns 3 detox/residential treatment houses, 4 sober living homes and a PHP/IOP program at their corporate offices in Lake Forest. In regards to the sober living and PHP/IOP/Out patient, I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff is amazing, the groups offer really opportunity for personal growth and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I want to especially give a shout out to Ryan, Farah, Jeremy and Josh & Salina. All of whom work their buts off for the program and really care about the clients. Corey could use some improvement in the way he speaks to clients, but other than that everyone is great. The owner Robbie created a company starting with one detox house into what it is now with multiple houses and facilities for different levels of care, and he cares about his clients. Would recommend this company to anyone, even my grandma if she ever developed a substance abouse policy lol. Thanks to everyone at this company for all you did for me. I wish I could come back to your PHP/IOP program, but I understand why I can't.

Recently completed Outpatient and PHP here at Zoe, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience there. Damien and Selena in admissions were amazing to work with, going above and beyond to get me in smoothly and safely, and everything from the residential properties and clinical staff there were top notch. And not only did the staff provide me with a personalized program to fit me, they gave more than their all. I was always in a safe, clean, and non-judgmental environment (from the detox to the group center, to the sober living houses). The staff was encouraging to both me and my boyfriend as we worked to stay sober as a couple. They provided individual therapy, CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, processing groups, art therapy, and many more services to help broaden my tool kit. I've been to a lot of facilities in my life but zoe behavioral health provides some of the best service i have ever seen! This Program has the capability to change many lives. If you ever are feeling lost for yourself or a loved one i recommend you come to this facility and check it out! Most of the staff and case managers are in recovery themself and actually care about the people that come in struggling. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable in your early sobriety and that you don't leave without the life skills and tools you need to succeed!
