I bought a Sonny Angel for $15, but the head fell off within an hour. The staff was very kind and offered a refund or exchange, so I picked a different one. Unfortunately, two days later, the new one also lost its head. Despite the product issue, the store has nice merch(considering the fact that most of it not original), and the employee was super helpful and has great customer service.

If you want unlicenced knock off anime stuff for the same price you'd pay (or more) for the real thing? This is your store. Don't bother visiting any of their locations, they're all just copy pastes of each other. There are plenty of great anime and comic shops that sell legit anime figures around town, so spend your money anywhere but here.

This place is one or four locations around the Orlando area. The customer service was great. My man Alex was supper helpful and such a great dude. Will definitely be checking out the other locations and seeing Alex when needing help

Came here to say what keeps being said. I won’t say everything is unlicensed bootleg product but I was hard pressed to find anything official. But man will they charge you like it’s real product. Avoid at all cost.

Customer service I received was amazing. Loved the atmosphere. The items in here are a little pricey but they have some amazing things. I did see some animes missing that I like and that was disappointing for a place called anime world but they only have a few anime options. If you follow them on Instagram you can get a free item which is super cute.

Lots to choose from, great holographic pictures and quite a few plushes, Figurines, Neon signs and etc. Bought two figures and two holographic pictures. Disappointed in the quality of the one figure as it was in a sealed box with no sort of plastic covering or protection. Figure has quite a few scrapes and the stand appears to be oily.

So many of the products here look like cheap, low quality knockoffs. For the example, an alarming number of figurines has a Michael Jackson anti-gravity lean; not a good look when not intentional. It’s not worth the trip if you’re looking for high-quality merchandise.
