They really lived up to the “Rapid” in their name. I called them and they were out here 30 minutes later. They even had an option where I could have had my appliances removed for free at a later time. I am impatient so I just had them get them right then. I even had a last minute item (40 foot ladder) that required them to use a special saw to fit it in their truck and they did it for me for no additional charge. Highly recommended.
